We are on the final stage of our road work, the slurry coat will be going down this week. Thursday and Friday They will be putting the top slurry coat on our streets. This process will take two & half days and will require the entire neighborhood to cooperate.

In the ongoing effort to keep the neighborhood looking great our street repairs are one of the last major expenses our HOA will endure for the next five years.  We know this last process for the street repairs is going to be a major hassle for every homeowner.  But we hope through all this you will keep in mind what the outcome is.  Next week when you drive to your home on our beautiful new looking streets, we hope you feel proud that your HOA board cares about keeping our property values high.

PARKING and STREET REPAIRS:

Yes! Parking will be a big problem for 2 days, on Thursday May 6th, everyone will have to park on the Azure Field side of the neighborhood. On Friday May 7th, everyone will have to park on the Scarlet Meadow side of the neighborhood.

Starting about 7:00am on May 6th we will need all vehicles off the street along Scarlet Meadow, Golden Glen Ct. and Crimson Ct. If you need to leave your house on this day, you will need to park your car on the Azure Filed Dr. side of the neighborhood.

ALL HOME OWNERS: When you come home Thursday night from work you will have to park your cars on the Azure Field Dr. side of the neighborhood. We will need to make as much room as possible for the home owners on Scarlet Meadow, Golden Glen Ct. & Crimson Ct. to have a place to park.  This will be the worst of the two days, as there will be very little parking on this side of the street.

Azure Field Dr. Home Owners! If you can please park all your cars in your garage and driveway’s to keep the streets clear for home owners on the Scarlet Meadow side to have a place to park on Thursday May 6th. Thanks!

THERE WILL BE NO ROAD ACCESS TO OR FROM YOUR DRIVEWAY! Sidewalks and cement gutters will be the only way to walk to your home. We know this is a big pain, but it’s the only way to have our streets repaired.

On Friday May 7th, all vehicles will need to be off Azure Field Dr. by 7:00am. If you need to leave your house on this day, you will need to park your car on the Scarlet Meadow side of the neighborhood.

ALL HOME OWNERS: When you come home Friday night from work all home owners on Azure Field Dr. will have to park on the Scarlet Meadow side of the neighborhood. Scarlet Meadow, Golden Glen Ct.  & Crimson Ct. home owners will have access to their homes and driveways. So please park all your vehicles in your garage and driveway’s to keep the streets clear for Azure Field Dr. home owners to park. Thanks!

NOTE: Unfortunately due to the nature of this repair any vehicles left on the street in a designated work areas will be towed at the owners expense.

SCHEDULE:

  • May 6th – Road Slurry Phase 1 (no cars on street – Scarlet Meadow Side)
  • May 7th – Road Slurry Phase 2 (no cars on street – Azure Field Dr. side)
  • May 8th – Striping of Speed Bumps (please no parking on top of speed bumps)

Turn Off All Water: Please turn of your sprinklers for Thursday and Friday. The street needs to stay dry for those two days.

Community Information:

As of March 29th roadwork has begun in our community, due to the number of cracks and openings in our streets it is necessary for these repairs. Over the next few days workers will be replacing sections of our streets before we apply a new slurry coat to the top of the asphalt.

Once these repairs are completed homeowners will be notified of the dates and times of the slurry coat installation. On these days parking will have to shift from one side of the neighborhood to the other, as the newly poured slurry coat can not be driven on for 24 hours.

Road Work Schedule:

  • March 29th – 30th & 31st Asphalt repair
  • April 5th – Hot Rubber Crackfill

We hope all homeowners understand the importance of everyone’s cooperation in the improvement and maintenance of our neighborhood. This will not only add to the aesthetics of our community, but also will maintain our property values. The HOA and Ross Morgan will keep you informed on when these final stages and when they will be scheduled.  If you have any questions please contact Andrew Marble at Ross Morgan Co. 661-286-1064 Ext. 12
